Session Objectives:
1. Define the terms "palliative care", "hospice" and the "Medicare Hospice Benefit"
2. Recognize patients who are eligible for hospice/palliative care services 
3. Apply predictive models to determine prognosis in patients with a life-limiting illness 
4. Identify and address barriers to hospice and palliative care services.      

9am Presentation Title: Virtual Reality: Life & Death Through a Hospice Patient’s Eyes

Session Objectives: 1. Introduce the Virtual Reality education model and how it is being used in The Clay Lab: End of Life Conversations. 2. Experience The Clay Lab via a simulation video. 3. Share the feedback on The Clay Lab Virtual Reality experience seen thus far and ask attendees to reflect on their own experience with the simulation.
