1. Discuss participation in a research registry focused on health and wellness in aging.
2.Explore how online engagement and support during this period of extended social distancing can be utilized.  

 

Presentation Title:Supporting mental heath & managing suicide risk during the COVID Crisis

Session Objectives:
1. Participants will appreciate the range of stresses and stressors faced during this pandemic and their impact on mental health.
2. Participants will be leave with improved understanding related to Covid stress and the risk of suicide across the patient mix. 
3. Participants will leave with a couple of tools for use in managing suicide risk.

 

The Maine Osteopathic Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.The Maine Osteopathic Association designates this program for a maximum of 1.75 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
