Session Objectives:
1. Understanding why nutrition is so important- especially now.

2. Recognizing the importance of Modifiable Lifestyle Factors and the obstacles we face in implementing them

3. Understanding the importance of inflammation, glucose intolerance/metabolic syndrome and the connection to COVID vulnerabilities

4. Understanding other ways that food impacts our immunity (and overall health)

5. Being able to provide lifestyle recommendations to our patients that can improve their resiliency in the face of the COVID pandemic.
