CAD: Can Alter Disease: Pathophysiology & Primary Prevention of Coronary Artery Disease-


First presented at the OPSO 2020 conference (9/18/2020) OPSO is pleased to offer this CME program on-demand. In this program, Tyler Earley, DO, presents CAD: Can Alter Disease - Pathophysiology and Primary Prevention of Coronary Artery Disease

The objectives for this course are:

Explain the basics of the pathophysiology of CAD

Identify risk factors and use them to predict risk of symptomatic CAD

Appropriate selection of non-invasive testing to further risk stratify asymptomatic patients without CAD

Identify effective therapies for primary prevention of CAD

The Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians and designates this program for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.
