John Marvel, DO
John Marvel, D.O. is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist who has been in practice in Flagstaff since 2008. During that time, he has served as President of Forest Country Anesthesia, Served as Medical Staff President for Flagstaff Medical Center and has participated in numerous leadership and teaching roles. He graduated Medical School at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004 before completing a D.O. Rotating Internship at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan in 2005. He finished his residency in 2008 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore Maryland, where he was chief resident. During his time at Hopkins, he performed extra months of regional anesthesia training at The Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. He has three children and enjoys skiing, mountain biking and woodworking.
