Dr. Jaffe is originally from Philadelphia. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine with over ten years of experience. He has key interest in hypertension, heart failure and heart disease management. Dr. Jaffe was trained and certified to do echocardiograms. He is an adjunct professor at A. T. Still University and Midwestern University. Dr. Jaffe believes in treating his patients like they are his family. He is committed towards providing high quality and effective care for patients with cardiovascular disease. He believes in partnering with patients to create a personalized plan. He is committed to helping his patients with informed decision making and works with each one to discuss ways they can enjoy a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Jaffe believes in volunteering in his community. He has served on the Board of Trustees for the United Way, Go Red for Women and currently serves on the board for the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association.
