Description

First presented at the OPSO 2020 conference (9/19/2020) OPSO is pleased to offer this CME program on-demand. In this program Ben Hudson, DO discusses possible complications of COVID-19 in patients with cardiovascular disease.

The objectives for this course are:

Introduction of disease basics

Discuss who is at the highest risk

Discuss ACEI/ARB use and COVID-19

Discuss myocardial injury and COVID-19

Discuss heart failure and COVID-19

Discuss arrhythmias and COVID-19

Dr. Hudson discloses that he has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients relative to the content of his presentation.

The Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians and designates this program for a maximum of .75 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.
