Rajiv Tangri, DO is a member of the inaugural class at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Northwestern University’s Evanston Hospital. Dr. Tangri completed two residencies: one in Nuclear Medicine at Yale University and a second in Diagnostic Radiology at Columbia University’s affiliated St. Vincent’s Medical Center, serving as chief resident in both residencies. Dr. Tangri pursued medicine to study the origin of pain. He has learned that there are multifactorial origins of pain, and being able to discern the origins of pain with noninvasive imaging has been rewarding. In his free time, Dr. Tangri likes to hike, bike, and enjoy Arizona’s natural beauty.
