Nayan Patel, DO Related Seminars and Products


Dr. Patel is a board-certified Gastroenterologist and Transplant Hepatologist practicing at Arizona Digestive Health in Scottsdale. He is a graduate of the Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and transplant hepatology. He has ten years of experience in both gastroenterology and transplant hepatology. Prior to joining Arizona Digestive Health, he was co-director of the liver transplant program at Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix.  Dr. Patel is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix.  

He has authored over 20 peer reviewed publications, abstracts, and book chapters. His clinical interests include improving quality of care in cirrhosis, endoscopy, and general gastroenterology. His goal is to make expert liver and digestive care accessible to the community. He is a member of the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease and holds a national position as a member of the Training and Workforce committee. He is an American Gastroenterological Association Fellow (AGAF), and member of the American College of Gastroenterology.
