First presented at the OPSO Annual Primary Care CME Conference on September 28, 2019, we are pleased to offer this on demand CME program with Jay Shubrook, DO exploring the latest information in diabetes care.

 

Educational Objectives:

1. Discuss the how and when in starting basal insulin in T2DM
2. Explore ways to optimize insulin type and dose
3. Use a case based approach to demonstrate best practices in insulin use in type 2 diabetes
