Accreditation Statement:
The Indiana Osteopathic Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians and designates this program for a maximum of .75 AOA Category 2-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.

Grievance Policy:
It is the policy of the IOA that any physician dissatisfied with the CME program will be issued a refund upon request, and no CME credits will be reported to the AOA.  Complaints on Evaluation Forms also are taken into consideration when planning future CME programs and may lead to changes in the format or content.

While serving as senior vice-president in a metropolitan hospital system, Mr. Bonds became interested in the unique challenges of physician careers and placement. Mr. Bonds has authored three books, frequently lectured at medical schools and medical conventions, and organized regular conferences on physician careers and practice management, where he has trained more than 100,000 physicians and healthcare professionals. He has reviewed and advised on over 2,000 physician contracts with over 1,500 physician employers including private practice, hospitals, medical centers, universities, and many others.

Ron Paprocki, JD, CFP, CHBC Related seminars and products: 1


Mr. Paprocki is chief executive officer of MEDIQUS Asset Advisors, Inc. He is responsible for the wealth management and the retirement plan services provided by MEDIQUS which include the analysis and design of individual financial strategies for health care professionals, closely held business owners and high-level executives. In addition, he is responsible for the retirement plan services provided by the firm which includes plan design, investment selection and participant education. Specifically, Mr. Paprocki's areas of expertise include retirement, investment, estate, and asset protection planning. A Certified Financial PlannerTM certificant, Certified Healthcare Business Consultant (CHBC), and Registered Securities Principal, Mr. Paprocki earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law and his bachelor's degree from Knox College. Mr. Paprocki has consistently been named as one of Medical Economics magazine's Best Financial Advisers for Physicians, and is recognized as one of America's top financial planners by the Consumer's Research Council of America. His monthly financial articles appear in national, state, and county medical specialty society publications as well as in several health care industry magazines. He also is co-author of three books.
