Optimum Management of Diabetes T1 and T2 in Primary Care

This session will focus on understanding the concepts of time in range as well as a hemoglobin A1c, and why it is important to differentiate these 2 values; understanding and learning how to use the ADA guidelines for eye care, foot care, and lab testing in both type 1 and type 2 diabetes;  understanding the new role of continuous subcutaneous glucose sensing in both type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
