Benjamin R. Kuhn, DO, “Pediatrics and COVID-19” and moderator of Friday morning’s pediatrics session, is a member of the education committee for POMA’s 112th Annual Clinical Assembly and Scientific Seminar. An associate physician in the pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition department at Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pennsylvania, he is also regional pediatric director of Geisinger Health System’s South-Central Region. Board certified in pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterology, Dr. Kuhn is a graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and a 2005 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship and pediatric residency at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and a pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition fellowship at Cincinnati (Ohio) Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Kuhn is a member of POMA, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, and the American Gastroenterological Association.
