Dr. Koronkiewicz is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Goshen Health. He has been a member of the Indiana Osteopathic Association (IOA) since 1994. He has been a trustes since 2002 and served as president from 2007 - 2008. In 2010, Dr. Koronkiewicz received the J.B. Kinsinger Plaque, the IOA’s highest honor for outstanding service to the osteopathic profession and his community. Currently, he serves as a delegate to the AOA and as a Board Examiner for the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a frequent speaker at the IOA’s continuing medical education events. In his current position with Goshen Heath, Dr. Koronkiewicz serves as an orthopedic surgeon specializing in joint replacement surgery, sports medicine, arthritic conditions, and general orthopedic problems. He served in the U.S. Air Force during Desert Storm before arriving in Goshen. He has completed a master’s degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety Management. He is certified in Patient Safety and Risk Management with a subspecialty designation of Physician Advisor from the American Board of Quality Assurance & Utilization Review Physicians
