Description

This session will provide a review of available evidence regarding testosterone deficiency in men; how to determine appropriate candidates for therapy through the use of clinical and laboratory data and review the risks and benefits of available treatment options.

Statement of Accreditation
The Texas Osteopathic Medical Association (TOMA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. TOMA designates is program for a maximum of 1 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.

Dr. Cynthia Stuart is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She attended UNTHSC-Fort Worth and completed her residency at UTSW/Methodist Hospital System. She is an Associate Professor at UTSW and UNTHSC, participating as a preceptor for medical students and residents. She completed a two-year course at SMU Cox School of Business in Advanced Leadership that enables her to advocate for quality health care providers and local public health programs in her community. She has appeared on numerous news and radio programs to educate the public about various health topics. Dr. Stuart has managed her own private practice in Carrollton since 2005.

Dr. Stuart discloses that she has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients relative to the content of this presentation.
