  • Describe unconscious bias and how biases can influence a person's judgement without them being aware of it.
  • Develop strategies to address one's biases.
  • Develop strategies to promote diversity, equity and inclusion principles in their practice.

She recently launched the AOA’s leadership development program to help students and early career physicians hone their skills and make meaningful connections to move forward into leadership opportunities as they arise. Priya graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2020 with an MBA in Healthcare Management.
