A. David Matian, D.O. is a practicing family physician in Sherman Oaks, CA – a suburb near Los Angeles. His interests in occupational medicine started while rotating in the Jeep factory during his residency and grew as his career evolved. Later, he started of California’s first utilization review companies specifically for the workers’ compensation industry and served as an expert witness and consultant on the matter. He also held many active roles in the clinical delivery and management of occupational injuries and is currently also continuing in that realm. He is also currently an IMR physician with Maximus. Outside of medicine, Dr. Matian has an active home life with various hobbies and interests.
