Lieutenant Colonel Barbara Krugler Physician Assistant.  Lives in Adel, Iowa with husband, dogs and cats. Graduate of Des Moines University in Physician Assistant 2001; Graduate of University of Nebraska Omaha Master in Physician Assistant Studies 2011. MBA Drake University 1990; Undergraduate degree Iowa State University 1982.

Iowa National Guard Member for 12 years one deployment Afghanistan 2010-2011. Currently Active Duty orders working as state liaison on implementation and profiling of the Army Combat Fitness test for Soldiers of the State of Iowa.

Worked at VA Central Iowa for the last 13 years in Emergency Room and recently in Surgical Services.  PRN at Unity Point Des Moines Emergency Rooms. Previously worked in Orthopedics and General Medicine.
