Codee Gorman, OMS III

My name is Codee Gorman and I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. After graduation, I worked as an emergency room scribe for two and half years while working on my application to medical school. I matriculated into the medical school class of 2020 at Western University of Health Sciences COMP-Northwest. I am drawn to a career in medicine because it combines my passions of lifelong learning with meaningful human interaction. As a physician, you get the privilege to turn brief interactions into impactful memories. With this honorable responsibility I want to provide education and empowerment to future patients so they can be proactive about their health.   In my free time, I enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors. When given the opportunity I love traveling internationally and trying new foods.
