David W. Morris, DO, FACOI, earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1986 from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his rotating internship and internal medicine residency at Tulsa Regional Medical Center. After residency, Dr. Morris completed a gastroenterology fellowship at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine – Olympia Fields Osteopathic Hospital in Olympia Fields, Illinois. Board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology, Dr. Morris practices at Gastroenterology Specialists, Inc and is the Medical Director of Healthcare Research Consultants, both in Tulsa, OK.
