Dr. Zabawski graduated with a degree in pharmacy from Duquense University in Pittsburgh, PA. He attended medical school at Ohio University, where after early graduation he completed a medical internship at Doctors Hospital in Massillon, Ohio, and a dermatology residency at Dallas-Ft Worth Medical Center. He is board certified in dermatology and pharmacy, completed fire school in Cleveland in 1990, has published numerous papers, scientific posters and book chapters, and received numerous awards for his academic work.
