Eric Nelson, MS, RPh, is the Pharmacy Director for Mayo Clinic in Arizona. In this role, he provides strategic oversight and director to over 150 pharmacy employees caring for patients in inpatient, outpatient, and hematology/oncology infusion suite settings. Mr. Nelson is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, the Administrator for the Center for Individualized Medicine and the Department of Clinical Genomics. He is the administrative lead for May Clinic’s Drug Diversion Prevention Program and Opioid Prescribing Compliance efforts.
