Meaghan Nelsen, DO
Dr. Meaghan C. Nelsen, DO, MS, FACOOG is the only physician in the country maintaining board certifications in both Obstetrics & Gynecology as well as Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Dr. Nelsen received her DO and Master’s degrees from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Ob/Gyn residency at Inspira Medical Center in New Jersey. Following years of practice in Philadelphia, she returned to New York for her Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine residency at Southampton Hospital.
Dr. Nelsen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at UNT Health Science Center/TCOM. She is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians & Gynecologists and a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, American Association of Osteopathy, Osteopathic Cranial Academy, and Texas Osteopathic Medical Association.
