Dr. Min Ho Chang, MD


Dr. Min Ho Chang received his BA at SUNY Binghamton and received his MD degree at SUNY Upstate. He is a LTC in the United States Army Medical Corps and currently serves as a chief of the Interdisciplinary Pain Management Center (IPMC) at the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC). He completed his PM&R residency and Pain Medicine fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He is board certified in PM&R, Pain Medicine and Brain Injury Medicine. His current academic interest includes use of regenerative rehabilitative medicine, musculoskeletal ultrasonography, interventional pain procedures and improving pain characterization/phenotypes through pain registry to optimize patient selection and treatment options.
