Peter Stracci, DO, FACC
Peter F. Stracci, DO, FACC, is Vice Chair and Trustee of POMA District VIII and a member of the education committee for the POMA District VIII 36th Annual Educational Winter Seminar. Board certified in cardiology and internal medicine, he recently retired from active practice. Dr. Stracci is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, and a 1983 graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg. He completed an internship at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and an internal medicine residency and cardiac fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. A fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Dr. Stracci is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Allegheny County Medical Society, the Western Pennsylvania Heart Association, the American College of Physicians, the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Medical Association.
