Regina Lewis, DO


Regina Lewis, DO, earned her medical degree at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine now named OSU Center for Health Sciences in 2002. Dr. Lewis completed her residency in Family Medicine at OSU Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa, OK in 2005 and from 2005-2006, Dr. Lewis completed a fellowship in high-risk obstetrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Austin, Texas. Dr. Lewis is an established physician with over 13 years of experience in Family Medicine/Obstetrics with special interest in Women’s Health. Currently, she is a Professor of Family Medicine and the Director of the OSU Family Medicine Women’s Health Center. Prior to returning to OSU CHS, Dr. Lewis practiced at the University of Oklahoma in the Family Medicine Department and one of 5 faculty overseeing the University of Oklahoma OB fellowship program. She is committed to serving the community across a wide spectrum of society. Her practice is devoted to working with families and assisting patients in medical care from preventive to before the miracle of birth to achieving a lifetime of health. The local community has greatly benefited from Dr. Lewis’s commitment to give back as she has served on numerous committees and she regularly lectures at engagements throughout the area including numerous non-profit entities. Currently, Dr. Lewis sits on the board of the Tulsa Health Department. Internationally, Dr. Lewis has taken part in Humanitarian medical missions in Greece, Malawi, Guatemala, Uganda, Nicaragua, and Bolivia where she met the myriad of needs of those less fortunate. Personally, Dr. Lewis is married and the proud mother of two daughters and a dog named Storm. She is a member of the Alpha Chi Omega Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Local Chapter. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and working out.
