Steven Brushwood, DO, FAACP
Steven Brushwood, DO, is currently the President of the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Brushwood is the Chief Medical Officer for Northwest Health Services, where he also serves as a family physician, and the Medical Director at Freudenthal Hospice in St. Joseph, MO. He is the owner of Gower Family Care Center in Gower, MO. A 1996 graduate of William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri and a 2000 graduate of the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Brushwood is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with specialized certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He discloses that he has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients relative to the content of his presentations.
