William Fulton, DO, FACOS


William Fulton,DO,FACOS, is an acute care and trauma surgeon at North Bay Medical Center, Fairfield, CA.  He graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed surgical residency at Michigan State University, Botsford Hospital. Following residency, he served in active duty as a general surgeon in the US Army.  After service in the US Army, he joined an acute care surgery practice and contributed to the development of the level 2 trauma center at NorthBay Medical Center, Fairfield, CA. As an adjunct professor of Touro University, he is actively involved in teaching medical students.  He has a special interest in physician leadership and improving surgical outcomes through. Currently, he is practicing trauma and acute care surgery, and is the current Chief of Staff at North Bay Medical Center.
